Return & Refund Policy

At Isekai Store, we value your satisfaction and make sure all items are carefully checked before shipping. If you encounter any issues, we’re here to help under the following conditions:

✅ Returns & Replacements

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The item is incomplete (missing parts of a set)

⚠️ All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

🎥 Important Requirement – Unboxing Video

To process any return, replacement, or refund, you must provide a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package up to opening the item.

  • No unboxing video = ❌ No refund / replacement
  • This protects both the customer and the store from disputes.

✅ Refunds

  • Once your claim is verified with the unboxing video, a refund or replacement will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (or GCash/Bank for COD orders).
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without unboxing video proof
  • Opened plush toys (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance / sale items (unless damaged or wrong item sent)
